Come Play Cricket In Japan!

The Tokyo Predators Cricket club plays in the Japan Cricket Association 1 day competition.  In 2008 it won Division 2 and will play in Division 1 of the league in 2009

2009 promises to be an exciting year with more games and cricket experiences planned.  We are securing friendly games with division 1 opposition plus other teams from different Japanese Leagues.

The 2009 season will be about participation and involvement of all team members with the aim to win the Division 1 title.   With an even mix of friendly and competition games throughout 2009, there will be an opportunity for every club member to show off their skills.

The club is made up of very "social" cricketers—some have played regularly over a long period of time, others donned the pads and gloves in 2008 for the first time in a long time!  Our aim is to have fun, be inclusive of everyone who is a club member and hopefully win some games along the way.

The Tokyo Predators Cricket club has members from Australia, England, Bangladesh Sri-Lanka, Pakistan, India, New Zealand and South Africa.  We welcome anyone with a love of thegame and a desire to have fun.

NOTICE BOARD:

Clubhouse: The new of home of the Predators in Tokyo is Jewel of India in Roppongi. All club members will receive 10% discount off their table bill for 2009. Drop in and see Sid, who is a keen supporter and follower of the club.

Training: We are currently holding trainings every other week. Training details will be emailed to club members. If you are not a member but would like to come to a net session please e-mail here

Quiz night: After the success of the first quiz night we are planning another! The second event will be on May 21 at JOI Roppongi. Please email to register interest

Playing Kit: The Predators have refreshed their playing equipment and has ordered new bats and equipment for season 2009. Your membership covers the use of all gear required for training and playing.
